Who is our 1-1 service aimed at?
Our particular focus at the Oasis School is to work exclusively with Public Purpose Organisations (PPOs), a term we use to denote organisations which in some form serve the public good. These could include housing associations, healthcare providers, social enterprises, government sector entities or community-based initiatives. We also work with commercial businesses whose ethics and values are demonstrably aligned with serving the public good.
Within this scope, we work with key decision makers, leaders and change agents, essentially CEOs, senior directors and executives, regardless of the size of organisation. We provide 1-1 Executive Development for individual social entrepreneurs and managers of small enterprises as well as for those with employees in the thousands, or serving members in the tens of thousands.
PPOs share one thing in common - a highly complex dynamic of internal and external tensions and demands, experienced by all, but often coming to bear most acutely on those with leadership responsibility. Some of the forces at play are particular to specific remits, which the 1-1 Development process helps individuals to make sense of and address, as summarised

For social innovators, intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs.
For learning specialists, 'whole person' facilitators and change agents.
